Ed Hershman has had a long and successful career in healthcare business development, and in practice management and enhancement. He has extensive experience in working with each of Integra’s target markets, including physical therapists in private practice (PTPP), corporate ownership structures and with physician owned physical therapy practices (POPT).
Prior to joining Integra, Mr. Hershman had worked for almost 30 years in sales and general management in several related medical content areas, including managing physician owned clinic operations (TheraSys), owning and leading a successful durable medical equipment company (IL Home Health), working as a regional sales representative in respiratory therapy (Baxter Travenol Labs) and working as a district sales representative in laboratory supplies (Beckton Dickenson).
For Integra his focus is on directing each client clinic into long-term revenue growth and improved and sustained profitability through attention to productivity measures and key performance indicators. Mr. Hershman works closely with Integra’s client clinics, frequently communicating and directing changes at the clinic operational level to accomplish financial goals.
Mr. Hershman has experience operating and/or managing over 80 clinics in recent years. He has a B.S. degree in Pre-Medicine from Michigan State University and he also attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y.
Mr. Kasmar has over 30 years of diverse experience both in industry and as a consultant across several major industries, including physical therapy management. For the most recent 13 years, Mr. Kasmar has consulted to or held interim positions for companies in physical therapy and medical services, internet marketing/advertising, manufacturing, distribution and direct marketing (Accenture LLP and Old Willow Partners). Prior to his consulting role, he held executive positions (as President, COO and CFO) with both early stage and mature companies with annual revenues ranging from $3.5 million to over $5 billion. A partial list of these companies include an early stage integrated supply roll-up (Integrated IPS), a national distributor/manufacturer of supplies to educational institutions (Beckley-Cardy Group), and a national B2B distributor of MRO products (McMaster-Carr Supply Co.).
Kevin has long experience driving the growth dynamics of scalable businesses, having executed both organic growth as well as “buy and build” strategies resulting in EBITDA growth >30% on Net Revenues in several different companies and industries.
At Integra, Kevin’s focus is measuring and improving the client clinics’ financial and operational performance, including generating comprehensive financial statement schedules and key performance indicators for the clients’ ownership review and discussion.
Mr. Kasmar has an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. in Political Science at the University of Illinois in Urbana, IL. He also attended the Stanford Graduate Business School Executive Program in Stanford, CA.
Jim Stepanich has been in the sports medicine field his entire professional career. Mr. Stepanich has worked as an Athletic Trainer for several area schools and has worked in multiple clinics ranging from small physician-owned clinics, to large multi-clinic corporations in the roles of VP of Sports Medicine, Director of Operations and Director of Communications.
Mr. Stepanich has been behind the scenes in every aspect of the inner workings of a clinic. From working behind the front desk, to working with patients to acting as the Director of Operations, managing several different locations and their staff.
As the Director of Operations for Integra, Mr. Stepanich is involved in several aspects of our business, and that of Integra’s clients. From designing build-outs and recruiting staff, to guiding clients through system integrations and coaching client professional staff on ways to work more effectively and efficiently. Mr. Stepanich works as both a facilitator and teacher to help client clinics to grow more profitably.
Mr. Stepanich has B.S. degrees in Education and in Health Appraisal & Enhancement from Miami University. He also possesses a Lean Six Sigma Certificate from Villanova University.
Robert White is the Controller for Integra Rehab Solutions LLC. Mr. White is responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions at Integra, which includes receipts and disbursements for not only Integra, but for the physical therapy clinics that choose our accounting services as part of Integra’s overall client deliverables. For full service clinics, Integra is responsible for receipts and disbursements, weekly treasury reporting and reconciliation, payroll processing and the preparation of monthly financial statements.
For over 30 years, Mr. White has been a Controller for a variety of businesses in multiple industries, including health care and hospitality. In his various leadership roles in industry Mr. White has provided senior leadership in strategic planning, budgeting and treasury for businesses ranging in size from $7 million to over $500 million in revenues. During the most recent seven years, Mr. White has worked as a Controller at both a 22-location physical therapy provider as well as at Integra, a physical therapy management company with clients in 7 states.
Mr. White earned his M.B.A. in General Management with honors from Elmhurst College. Prior to graduate school, he received a B.S. degree in Business Administration, also from Elmhurst College.
Christine Igyarto serves as the Manager of Revenue Cycle at Integra Rehab Solutions LLC. In this role, she is responsible for providing revenue cycle consulting services to Integra Rehab Solutions' clients. Christine is also responsible for the management of the Revenue Cycle Team that performs various credentialing, insurance verification, medical billing tasks and A/R collections.
Ms. Igyarto has over 17 years experience in healthcare operation, particularly focused around revenue cycle. Prior to Christine taking the role as Revenue Cycle Manager with Integra Rehab Solutions, she performed various duties relating to revenue cycle, such as medical billing tasks and insurance credentialing for new practices. Through her years of experience, Christine has worked every aspect of the revenue cycle process.
