Adella is a founding partner of the Sable Law Group, LLC, a modern boutique law firm located in downtown Chicago. Her clients include healthcare practices and practitioners as well as general small business owners. She has presented on topics from federal and state false claims acts, anti-kickback and stark laws, to business licenses and incorporation. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and her Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law in Chicago, Illinois. Adella prides herself on finding innovative solutions for your legal problems.
Dave Killpack is Senior Vice President for Middle Markets at Wintrust Financial Corporation. He has a long history in banking, having also worked at senior levels for MB Financial bank and National City Bank. Dave is currently Executive Vice President of Wintrust Commercial Lending. Dave also sits on the Board for the Community House of Hinsdale, and the Hinsdale Golf Club board. He has a BSBA and MBA in Finance from Drake University in Des Moines, IA.

Along with a staff of six, Pappas Delaney operates nationally and is adept at finding, recruiting and landing top talent for privately-held and private-equity-owned businesses in numerous market segments including healthcare, manufacturing, service, and distribution organizations from $20 million to $500 million in sales. Tim's educational background includes undergraduate (BA) from Ferris State University, post-graduate (MA) from Central Michigan University, and Ph.D. work at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in organizational design and development.
